I suppose this micro album is the product of slight, meditative moments of calm while working on other projects over the last year. Each piece was very much created in a stand alone way to give myself little moments of peace and a space to breath compositionally... Taking the strain away from the heavier forms I have been working with, the work on this album has provided me with insight and dare I say enjoyment recently. Then one studio day I queued up a couple of these randomly and even though they are very much individual pieces, I felt like they naturally fitted together. A cohesion beyond intent. A little look at myself as i appeared as a deer.
